用户协议

一、服务修改与收费

我们致力于确保本应用尽可能实用高效，因此保留随时修改应用或对服务收费的权利（修改或收费原因不限）。我们承诺，本应用或其服务的任何收费都会向您明确公示。

二、数据与设备安全

本应用存储和处理您为获取服务而向我们提供的个人数据。您有责任维护手机的安全性及对本应用的访问权限。我们强烈建议您不要对手机进行越狱或root操作（即移除设备官方操作系统施加的软件限制），此类行为可能使手机暴露于恶意软件、病毒风险中，破坏设备安全功能，并可能导致本应用无法正常运行或完全无法使用。

三、网络与费用责任

1. 本应用的部分功能需要活跃的网络连接（Wi-Fi或移动网络）。因无法连接Wi-Fi或数据流量耗尽导致本应用无法充分发挥功能的，我们不承担责任。

2. 若在Wi-Fi区域外使用本应用，您的移动网络提供商的协议条款仍然适用。您可能因此产生移动数据费用或其他第三方收费。使用本应用即表示您同意承担此类费用，包括在境外使用时未关闭数据漫游产生的漫游费。若您并非使用设备的账单支付者，视为您已获得账单支付者的许可。

四、使用责任

我们不对以下因您使用应用产生的情况负责：

1. 您有责任确保设备电量充足，因设备没电导致无法使用服务的，我们不承担责任；
2. 我们虽尽力确保应用内容更新准确，但部分信息依赖第三方提供，因此不对因完全依赖本应用功能而产生的任何直接或间接损失承担责任。

五、服务更新与终止

1. 我们可能会对本应用进行更新。本应用当前的运行依赖于设备操作系统（及我们决定扩展支持的其他系统），若系统要求变更，您需下载更新才能继续使用。我们不保证始终会更新应用以适配您的设备系统版本，但您同意在收到更新提示时接受更新。

2. 我们可能随时终止本应用的服务，且无需提前通知。服务终止后（除非另有说明）：

- 本条款授予您的权利与许可立即终止；
- 您必须停止使用本应用，并（如需）从设备中删除本应用。

六、条款变更

我们可能定期更新本用户协议，建议您定期查阅本页面了解变更。我们将通过本页面发布新条款以通知变更，变更后的条款自发布之日起生效。

User Agreement

I. Service Modification and Charges

We are committed to ensuring that this application is as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to make changes to the application or to charge for its services at any time and for any reason. We promise that any charges for the application or its services will be clearly disclosed to you.

II. Data and Device Security

This application stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us in order to provide our service. It’s your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the application secure. We therefore strongly recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone’s security features and it could mean that this application won’t work properly or at all.

III. Network and Fee Responsibility

1. Certain functions of the application will require the application to have an active internet connection (Wi-Fi or mobile network). We cannot take responsibility for the application not working at full functionality if you don’t have access to Wi-Fi, and you don’t have any of your data allowance left.

2. If you’re using the application outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the application, or other third-party charges. In using the application, you’re accepting responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the application outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you’re using the application, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer for using the application.

IV. Usage Responsibility

We are not responsible for the following situations arising from your use of the application:

1. You are responsible for ensuring your device has sufficient battery. If your device runs out of battery and you cannot use the service, we cannot accept responsibility.
2. Although we endeavor to ensure that the application is updated and correct at all times, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. We accept no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience as a result of relying wholly on this functionality of the application.

V. Service Updates and Termination

1. We may wish to update the application. The application is currently available on operating systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability to) – the requirements for the system may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the application. We do not promise that we will always update the application so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the OS version that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you.

2. We may also wish to stop providing the application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Upon any termination, (unless we tell you otherwise):

- The rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end;
- You must stop using the application, and (if needed) delete it from your device.

VI. Changes to This Agreement

We may update our User Agreement from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new User Agreement on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.
